Our general recommendation is:

  • 2–3 weeks ahead for most weekend events
  • 3–4 weeks ahead for peak season (May–June graduation season, December holiday parties)

That said, we do have last-minute availability — it just depends on the date, location, and how many chefs we have available in your area.

When Last-Minute Bookings Are Possible

Your chances of getting a last-minute booking are best when:

  • It's a weekday event — weekday availability is much more open than weekends
  • It's not peak season — January, February, October, and November are slower months with more open dates
  • You're flexible on time — if you can do an afternoon or early evening start, more slots are usually available
  • You're in a major metro area — cities with more chefs have more availability

We don't charge a rush fee for last-minute bookings — pricing is the same regardless of when you book. $55/adult, $30/child (4–12), $550 minimum, plus travel fee.
