How much does private hibachi catering cost?▼
Hibachi catering is $50 per adult and $30 per child (12 and under), with a $500 minimum order. Travel fees and gratuity are not included. California pricing is $60 per adult. Use our online estimate calculator for an instant quote.
What is included in hibachi catering?▼
Each adult gets 2 proteins of their choice from: chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu. Included with every meal: hibachi fried rice, hibachi vegetables, garden salad, and signature sauces. The hibachi chef, grill, and all ingredients are all included.
Can you do hibachi catering indoors?▼
Yes! We can set up in any well-ventilated indoor space — a garage with the door open, covered patio, sunroom, event venue, or banquet hall. Outdoor backyard setups are our most popular option, but indoor works great too.
How far in advance should I book a hibachi chef?▼
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings, graduation parties, and holiday parties — book 4–8 weeks ahead. May, June, and December weekends fill up fastest.
Do you bring all the cooking equipment?▼
Yes. We bring the hibachi grill, fuel, all cooking equipment, fresh ingredients, proteins, sauces, and seasonings. We set up and are ready before your guests arrive. You provide seating and plates for your guests.

Absolutely. We serve parties from 10 guests up to 200+. We send enough chefs to cover your full group — everyone gets hot, freshly cooked food without a long wait. Just share your headcount when you book.
Do you offer vegetarian options?▼
Yes. Tofu is one of our standard protein choices. We can also prepare fully vegetarian plates with tofu, fried rice, and hibachi vegetables. Let us know about any dietary restrictions when you book.
