Can you handle a large wedding with 100+ guests?

Absolutely. We bring as many chefs and grills as your guest count requires — each chef serves roughly 20–25 guests. For large weddings we coordinate arrival and setup so all guests are served within the same window.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 2–3 months in advance for weddings, especially Saturday dates between April and September. Booking early ensures you can secure the exact number of chefs your guest list requires.

What space is required at the venue?

Each grill station needs approximately a 10×10 foot area with good airflow. Outdoor backyards, tented spaces, and covered patios are ideal. We can also work in well-ventilated indoor spaces like garages, pavilions, or banquet halls.

Do you offer vegetarian or allergy-friendly options?

Yes. Tofu is one of our standard proteins. We can also cook vegetables separately to avoid cross-contamination for guests with allergies. Let us know your needs when booking and we'll plan accordingly.
